This KDK Year End Double Bonanza Lucky Draw
Contest begins 15/11/2007 and ends 31/01/2008. |
|
This contest is open to Malaysians (Peninsular Malaysia
only) aged 18 and above. Employees of KDK Fans (M) Sdn
Bhd, its associate companies, dealers, distributors, advertising,
promotion and event agencies, and their immediate family
members are not eligible to participate. |
|
You will be eligible to participate in this contest
with the purchase of any KDK fans worth RM200 and above
in a single receipt as Proof of Purchase from any participating
dealer during the contest period. |
|
You may submit as many entries as you wish but each
entry must be attached with the original copy
of proof of purchase dated from 15/11/2007 to 31/1/2008.
All entries must be sent to KDK Fans (M) Sdn Bhd,
3rd Floor, No.15, Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya. |

Photocopies of entry forms are accepted. KDK Fans (M)
Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to disqualify all entries
that are incomplete, and/or illegible and/or not accompanied
with the required 'Proof of Purchase' or cash receipt. |
|
All completed forms must be submitted to KDK Fans (M)
Sdn Bhd before 5.00 pm on 29 February 2008. Late entries
will be disqualified. |
|
The judges' decisions are final and no correspondences
will be entertained. |
|
Each entrant is entitled to one prize only and not exchangeable
for cash. In the event that a participant wins two (2)
or more prizes of different values, then that participant
will automatically win the higher valued prize. |
|
Organizer reserves the rights to replace prizes with
others of the equivalent value without prior notice. |
|
All prizes must be collected by contest winners from
KDK Fans office at own risk and expense. Upon
redeeming the prize, the winner will need to bring along
the warranty card(s) for verification purpose. |
|
Redemption of prizes must be made within 60 days from
the date of notification, failing which no claims will
be entertained. |
|
Transportation charges for prizes, accommodation and
transportation of collecting the prizes shall be the sole
responsibility of the winners. |
|
KDK Fans (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish or
display the names and photographs of winners for advertising
and publicity purposes and trade without further notice
or compensation. |
|
KDK Fans (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify,
extend or terminate this contest in any way deemed appropriate
in response to events beyond its control. No prior notice
will be given. |
