| In April 2002, Matsushita Ecology Systems
Co. Ltd. (MESC) announced the establishment of KDK Fans
(M) Sdn. Bhd. (KDKM) in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
The KDK brand name is an acronym for the Japanese company,
Kawakita Denki Kigyousha which was founded in July 1909.
KDKM is engaged in the sales and marketing which was
of the KDK brand of ventilation products with approximately
100 different models of Ceiling Fans, General Fans,
Ventilating Fans, Air Curtains and Air Moving Equipment.
KDKM is supported by a wide network of more than 400
authorised dealerships. To serve its customers better,
KDKM has a total of 15 service agents nationwide. KDKM
achieved total sales of RM84 million in the year 2006.

The vision of our parent company, MESC, is “Innovation
for Global & Environmental Technology”. This
slogan symbolizes our desire to contribute to the nation
through environmental technology.
Mission
Global warming is one of the most serious challenges
faced by us today. To protect the health and economic
well-being of current and future generations, we will
continuously contribute to the nation through our environmental
technology by introducing fresh air indoors with our
ventilation system, thus providing a healthier living
environment.
